- I manage my own company and I don´t want my clients to know that I´m dealing with an external contractor (TotalCoaching). Can I replace the TotalCoaching logo with my own?
- Yes, when you open your account, we´ll ask you to send us your logo and we´ll take care of displaying it instead of ours. This service is offered at no extra charge.
- How many exercises are animated in 3D, and what happens if you don´t have one that I need?
- Our bank currently contains close to 1000 exercises and is constantly growing. If you feel that an important exercise isn´t part of our bank, simply notify us and we´ll add it. Also, we have several important clients who sometimes decide to add their own exercises to our bank. In that case, since you´re part of our valued clientele, you´ll have instantly access to those animations as well.
- I manage several trainers and dieticians; is it possible for each of these supervisors to have their own group of clients, while I´m able to view every single client at the same time?
- Yes. Upon registration, you will be asked to provide us with the details of your organisation. We can provide you with up to four (4) hierarchy levels. For example, the director of a school board could have an account (level 1), supervising 35 schools (level 2), each composed of 5 teachers (level 3), each working with 100 students (level 4). The same applies to fitness gyms, businesses, etc.
- What happens if one of my clients has technical problems with his account, will I have all the information I need to help him? I´m not a technical support specialist!
- No need. All TotalCoaching services come with full technical support. Simply refer your clients to us through a link on their account, and we´ll take care of their problems.
- Is it possible for a client to be supervised at the same time by a fitness coach and a dietician?
- Absolutely. In that case, both the coach and the dietician would have an account, and the member would be part of each supervisor´s group of clients.
- Do my clients have to pay a fee for TotalCoaching on top of what I already charge them.
- No. Unless you specify otherwise, there will never be any kind of billing made directly to your clients. You will be our only direct contact.
- Is it possible for me and my clients to login through my own website?
- Yes, at a small extra fee, it is possible to have you, your employees and/or your clients login through your own website. We simply provide you with a few lines of code which your webmaster pastes somewhere on your website, then you´re all set.
- I´m not sure if I´m ready to open an account yet. What do you suggest?
- We think you should be able to test a product before purchasing it. Simply fill in the ?Request a presentation´ form and soon after, perhaps even today, we´ll schedule a presentation with you during which you´ll have full access to an account in order to test our product.
- I want to open an account without going through the presentation. What is the exact procedure?
- It can be as easy as you want. If you prefer to skip the presentation and open your account right away, go to the ?Sign me up´ section and follow the guidelines. We´ll send you a quote and Paypal invoice, and your account will be opened immediately upon reception of your payment.
- How are my clients going to learn how to use their TotalCoaching account?
- Each TotalCoaching feature (training log, nutrition log, etc) comes with a full tutorial available directly from your client´s account. If they have more questions, direct them to us and we´ll provide them with the details.
