Evernote is a handy tool to<a href=\"http:\/\/traceylawton.com\/blog\/3-easy-tips-for-keeping-your-client-information-organized\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" style=\"\"> get you organized<\/a>. <span style=\"background-color: rgb(239, 232, 88);\">It allows you to keep all your documents, pictures, PDFs, etc. in one place.<\/span><\/p><p>The reason <a href=\"https:\/\/evernote.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Evernote <\/a>is one of my go to tools is for its syncing function. I've saved documents\/random notes on my desktops note pad, then I go to retrieve the documents from my phone. But, of course, it's not there.<\/p><p>Evernote effortlessly syncs on all my devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone) with ease.<\/p><div style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"thrv_wrapper tve_image_caption img_style_lifted_style2 aligncenter\"><span class=\"tve_image_frame\"><img class=\"tve_image\" alt=\"Evernote online tool\" style=\"width: 600px\" src=\"\/\/www.totalcoaching.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Evernote.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"618\" data-attachment-id=\"3583\"><\/span><\/div><p class=\"tve_p_center\"><em>Write notes, clip pages from the web, and record voices messages all in one place<\/em><\/p><p>I'm able to add notes, voice recordings, and even pictures to Evernote (saves memory on my phone).<\/p><p><span class=\"bold_text\">Zoom &amp; Evernote<\/span> <span class=\"bold_text\">Working Together<\/span><\/p><p>I talked earlier about using Zoom to record your webinars. You can use Evernote to create your webinar slides. I find it easier to use Evernote than power point with slide creation.<\/p><div style=\"width: 1604px;\" class=\"thrv_wrapper tve_image_caption img_style_lifted_style2\"><span class=\"tve_image_frame\"><img class=\"tve_image\" alt=\"evernote new note button\" style=\"width: 1604px;\" src=\"\/\/www.totalcoaching.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/zoom-new-note-button.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"33\" data-attachment-id=\"3581\"><\/span><\/div><p>1) At the top of the screen. Hit the \"New Note\" button. Each \"new note\" is considered a slide. Just click on Presentation Mode. Evernote will gather your notes and order them for you to present. I find emailing back and forth can be a headache. Sometimes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chalenejohnson.com\/business\/4-rules-to-email-organization-and-getting-your-email-inbox-to-zero\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">messages get lost<\/a> in the shuffle.<\/p><p>With Evernote Work Chat feature, you can send a workout pdf, meal plans, inspiring messages, and even chat. <span style=\"background-color: rgb(239, 232, 88);\">Everything is housed in one place, so there\u2019s no need to search through countless emails anymore.<\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"\">3. Tube Buddy<\/h3><p>Are you using video to brand your business? If not,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.totalcoaching.com\/blog\/use-video-to-build-your-fitness-brand\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\"> it\u2019s time to get on it<\/a>. Once they find out how I can help, they immediately schedule a complimentary consultation. You\u2019re able to reach so many different people in different places, and it gives you the freedom we all desire.
