My coach built me a training plan, but I can't find it.

Your plan should be displayed directly in your calendar, either in the Home or Training section. If you can't find it there, it means that your coach hasn't completed the assignment process yet. If the delay is abnormally long, contact your coach directly using the TotalCoaching internal messaging system.

How can I change the units used in my logs and graphs (cm, inches, km, miles, etc.)?

These units are set automatically according to your answers during the registration process. To edit them, click on your name at the top of the screen to access your Profile, then make the wanted changes in the "Site settings" box.

I can't find my food item in the Nutrition log. Can I add my own?

This feature will be implemented in the coming months. For now, it is unfortunately impossible to add custom food items.
